FAQ's for BLOG DESIGNS:
Q: How long does it take to complete my custom blog design?
A: Once your design information is in, it takes about one week for design and installation to be complete.
Q: How many columns can I have on my blog?
A: You can have either 2 or 3 columns on your blog.
Q: Once my blog is designed, can I change the picture(s) on my header?
A: Yes, header pictures can be changed for a $5 charge (per header, not per picture).
Q: What if I don't like any of the design kit options, or if I like the kit but want specific colors?
A: If you don't like any of the design kit options, please let me know. I can always design a kit with yous desired color or theme, or I can also adjust the colors on a kit.
Q: What if I don't like my design or if I want to change part of my design?
A: Before installing your design, I will always email you the designed header for approval. YOUR blog is a statement about YOU - therefore, I want to ensure that you are happy with it. You can change any/all parts of it if you wish.
Q: What blogging site do you design for?
A: At this time, I only design for Blogger.
Q: How do I pay for my custom blog?
A: After you approve your header, I will email you an invoice through Paypal. Once payment is received, I will install your complete blog makeover.
FAQ'S for CUSTOM CARDS
Q: How long does it take to get my custom cards?
A: It take about 48 hours after order is placed to receive your draft. Once draft is approved, it take 5-7 days to receive the printed cards.
Q: Can I print the custom cards myself?
A: Absolutely. The printing services offer at Great Grabbie Designs are for your convenience. Cards can be designed in any size and you may print them at any Walgreens, Costco, Sams, Walmart, or office supply store. You can also check out online printing at VistaPrint or Persnickety Prints.
Q. What does the custom design fee include?
A: The custom design fee only includes a high-resolution digital image that can used to printing. The design fee does not include any printing by Great Grabbie Designs. All printing is price separately from the design fee.
Q: What kind of cards can Great Grabbie Designs make?
A: Great Grabbie Designs can design cards for ANY occasion, and can design them in ANY size (please check on the printing size options if you wish for Great Grabbie Designs to print).
